This welding robot system adopts self-developed programming-free, teaching-free, 3D model import to automatically generate welding paths, and can be multi-layered, multi-pass, and sequence-adjustable dedicated welding robot workstation. It is composed of a vertical installation, a 2-axis precision L-shaped positioner and a domestic first-line brand pulse digital welding power supply, suitable for welding the tower foot of the steel structure of the power angle steel tower; the total number of axes is: 6 axes of the robot + 2 axes of the positioner, a total of 8 axes of the workstation,
Dual-machine workstation(one for welding, the other for clamping workpieces).

This equipment is mainly used for welding the main welds of the tower feet, and the software has also improved: welding of small rib plates, and head and corner welding of the main board.

The original programming-free software can automatically plan the tower angle welding path regardless of the size of the tower angle by simply importing the 3D model (the software comes with a welding program package), or it can be based on the company's welding standards.
It adopts a 3-in-1 visual system of laser scanning, positioning, and photography, plus built-in weld tracking, to correct deviations during assembly in time, and can quickly correct welding paths.
The positioner adopts 140m2 high temperature resistant and highly flexible tin-plated wire of international brands, and the hidden direct connection is safe and reliable.
