The ground-rail single-machine intelligent welding workstation is mainly used for robot-automated welding of various steel structure fillet welds. The workstation meets the welding requirements of fillet welds such as H-shaped steel structures and diaphragms.
Each ground-rail welding workstation includes a control system, a ground-rail walking mechanism, an arc welding robot, a welding power source and cooling water tank, an intelligent welding vision system, a water-cooled welding gun, and a gun cleaning station.

Our Welding Robot Mainly used in H-shaped steel columns, roof beams, crane beams (travel track beams), brackets, purlins and other relatively open steel structure products.
Welding seam form: straight flat fillet weld, flat folding fillet Weld, fillet weld in the vertical position, corner wrapping welding(excluding multi-layer and multi-pass).

The self-developed system has the main function of deeply integrating the welding process, importing it into a three-dimensional model, accurately locating the weld of the entire component through a visual system, and automatically generating a welding program based on the actual contour of the position in the model. The software is deployed on a PC system, which can be placed in any location and can be remotely controlled through wireless routing, that is, the on-site equipment can be directly operated for welding in the office.
No programming required, no teaching needed. Import the drawing and the 3D model will be automatically generated. The system has an intelligent welding program package that directly matches the planned welding path. The welding posture, positioning posture, and idle movement path are all calculated by the software. The no-programming-no-teaching function is only applicable to steel structure workpieces.
The two robots can operate on the same track, which not only saves costs but also enhances efficiency - the control of the two robots is separate, allowing them to operate independently. Areas not requiring welding can be marked for exclusion on the screen. (This technology is still developing; manual input via software-drawn diagrams is available for troubleshooting.) The smaller camera tracks the workpiece, analyzes thickness, assesses weld bead width, determines welding positions and sequence (positioning), and performs the weld. It supports various welding methods including segment welding and multi-pass welding.
There is an anti-collision sensor at the front end of the robot, which can stop the machine in time for protection in case of collision. At the same time, the automatic gun cleaning and wire cutting system can be configured according to needs.
