Track-walking welding robot, suitable for large workpieces: H-beam columns, roof beams, crane beams (crane track beams), Steel Frame, Channel steel, and other relatively open workpieces. The workpiece needs to be flipped over and re-scanned after flipping.

Importing the drawings automatically generates a three-dimensional model. The system has an intelligent welding program package that directly matches the planned welding path. The welding posture, positioning posture, and travel path are all calculated by the software.
One operator can manage several robots, which has solved the problems of a shortage of welders and high wages for welders, reduced labor intensity, and improved welding efficiency.
The two robots can operate in tandem, which not only saves costs but also enhances efficiency - the control of the two robots is separate, allowing them to operate independently.
