The JGX1616S Single-Blade Shearing Angle Steel Line is an automated machining equipment that integrates feeding, marking, punching and single-blade shearing in one, specially designed for angle steel processing in steel structure, power transmission tower and other fields.
The equipment is suitable for full-specification angle steel ranging from 40×40×3mm to 160×160×12mm. It is the human-machine interaction and system control center of the angle steel line, integrating touch screens, PLC controllers, buttons, indicator lights and other components. Operators can complete three major operations through the panel: first, parameter setting, inputting machining parameters such as angle steel specifications, feeding length, hole position coordinates and shearing length; second, status monitoring, real-time viewing of equipment operation data such as running speed, process progress, motor current and hydraulic pressure; third, fault handling, the panel will display fault codes .
As one of the core machining processes of the angle steel line, it is used to machine standard through holes, slotted holes or special-shaped holes at designated positions of angle steel for bolt connection and assembly of steel structures such as transmission towers and steel frames. Driven by hydraulic station power, the servo motor precisely positions the hole locations via the feeding mechanism.
It serves as the core power execution and precision control component of the angle steel line and a key part of the closed-loop control system.

It is the temperature control and heat dissipation equipment of the angle steel line, whose core function is to maintain the stable temperature of hydraulic oil and servo motor lubricating oil. During long-term continuous operation of the angle steel line, the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic station will heat up due to the work of the hydraulic pump, and the servo motor will also generate heat due to high-speed operation. Excessively high oil temperature will lead to decreased hydraulic oil viscosity, aging of seals, and possible demagnetization and reduced efficiency of the motor.
