Features:

1. Manual uncoiler or Automatic hydraulic uncoiler
2. Special punching press 400T +60T reinforce hole punching
3. roll forming rollers material D2 or D3
4.  archway  stands structure , much higher quality and long life with excellent performance
5. we can design two waves and three waves or exchangeable type for multi-usage according to customer's special requirements

Working process:
Uncoiling----- leveling primer ----looper (storage) ----servo leveling feeding ----400T punching and cutting machine + punching and reinforced holehole press (three stations) -----conveying roller -----cold roll forming main process----finished material
