The JGX1412 Single-Blade Shearing Angle Steel Line is a cost-effective automated machining equipment engineered for medium-sized angle steel processing tasks, integrating four core procedures: feeding, marking, punching and single-blade shearing.
Tailored for steel structure fabrication, communication tower construction and prefabricated building projects, this line is compatible with angle steel ranging from 40×40×3mm to 40×140×12mm. Equipped with a high-precision servo drive system and PLC control unit, it delivers exceptional machining accuracy with a hole position tolerance of ≤±0.1mm and a shearing length tolerance of ≤±0.5mm. Boasting a robust shearing force of 3500KN, it effortlessly cuts thick-walled angle steel materials.

As the human-machine interaction and control core of the angle steel line, the control panel integrates an industrial touch screen, PLC controller, emergency stop button and status indicator. It enables operators to set machining parameters (e.g., angle steel specifications, hole positions, shearing length), monitor real-time equipment running status (e.g., hydraulic pressure, motor current) and diagnose faults via error codes.
Punching is a core machining procedure of the angle steel line, designed to produce through holes, slotted holes or special-shaped holes on angle steel for subsequent bolt assembly. Driven by the hydraulic station, the punch head moves vertically to complete punching with high precision.
Marking is a critical quality traceability procedure for angle steel processing, usually arranged after feeding and before punching. Common marking methods include disc marking, pneumatic marking and laser marking. The procedure engraves key information (e.g., angle steel specifications, material grades, production batch numbers) on the surface of angle steel.
The air cooling system is a cost-effective heat dissipation device for the angle steel line, mainly used to cool servo motors, electrical cabinets and small-sized hydraulic components. Composed of cooling fans, air ducts and temperature sensors, it adopts forced air circulation to transfer heat generated during equipment operation to the ambient air.
Shearing is the fixed-length cutting procedure of the angle steel line, used to cut the processed angle steel into finished workpieces according to preset dimensions. Adopting a single-blade shearing structure, it is driven by the hydraulic station to provide strong shearing force, which can easily cut thick-walled angle steel (up to 12mm thickness for JGX series).
The infeeding carriage is a specialized feeding component for the angle steel line, responsible for transporting raw angle steel from the material rack to the processing area. Driven by a servo motor, it realizes precise positioning and stable feeding of angle steel, supporting automatic adjustment for different specifications (from 40×40×3mm to 140×140×12mm).
