JGX2020 Series CNC Angle Steel Punching Marking Shearing Production Line For Tower Transmission

Angle steel line, also known as CNC angle steel production line or CNC angle steel combined production line, is a fully automatic specialized equipment integrating functions such as automatic loading, marking/stamping, punching, and shearing. It is mainly used for efficient and precise processing of angle steel (L-section steel) and is widely applied in industries including power, telecommunications, construction, railway, and bridge engineering.

all of our angle line equipped with the CNC feeding cart driven by servo motor, we choose driven by servo motor (Yaskawa, 2KW) , control led by PLC . to assure the high quality and long life of feeding carriage. the clamp at the end of feeding carriage can clamp the angle steel automatically and hold it into the machine

the base channel of conveyors adopt one piece bending thick plate 12mm length ( standard ), non welded structure which can strengthen the load capacity , the bearings choose famous brand suppliers only, and the rollers with more strength and capacity, the creative design of feeding conveyor is can assure the smooth and fastest feeding of angle steel material into the main body to start the process.

Single blade type resolve the waste material problem, the cutting is shear type, but need stronger shearing force.it can achieve continuous shearing for finished angle steels one by one.the double blades type machine cost is lower.

Equipped with three different specificationsofpunches on each side, and each punchhas a mold selection cylinder, which cancarry out multiple rows and different hole punching processes on the two wings of the angle steel.

The marking unit adopts a closed body,which has good rigidity, more uniformforce, and clearer typing. Equipped with four groups of characters boxes, the typing distance can be set at random.
