This machine is mainly used for punching holes, cutting specified length and marking on angle steel. The positioning, feeding of the machine are all driven by servo motors.It adopts CNC Processing ,very easy to operate,which can achieve automation,high precision,variety and mass production.

1. The machine adopts our ownself-developed Taurus software can be used when the device is turned on, and stopped when it is turned off, and it does not need to return to the original point when it is restarted. It can achieve continuous work ,greatly improve the working efficiency.

production needs of customers

all of our angle line equipped with the CNC feeding cart driven by servo motor, we choose driven by servo motor (Yaskawa, 2KW) , control led by PLC . to assure the high quality and long life of feeding carriage. the clamp at the end of feeding carriage can clamp the angle steel automatically and hold it into the machine

the base channel of conveyors adopt one piece bending thick plate 12mm length ( standard ), non welded structure which can strengthen the load capacity , the bearings choose famous brand suppliers only, and the rollers with more strength and capacity, the creative design of feeding conveyor is can assure the smooth and fastest feeding of angle steel material into the mainbody to start the process.

Single blade type resolve the waste material problem, the cutting is shear type, but need stronger shearing force.it can achieve continuous shearing for finished angle steels one by one.the double blades type machine cost is lower.

Equipped with three different specificationsofpunches on each side, and each punchhas a mold selection cylinder, which cancarry out multiple rows and different hole punching processes on the two wings of the angle steel.

Marking Unit

The marking unit adopts a closed body,which has good rigidity, more uniformforce, and clearer typing. Equipped with four groups of characters boxes, the typing distance can be set at random.

Transverse Feeding Table

Driven by the motor and reducer through sprocket and chain, through three long shafts and six self-made couplings (12mm length ,4 group ).This makes the angle steel stable and low noise during the conveying process

Hydraulic System

This machine adopts independent hydraulic station, which is convenient for equipment maintenance. Hydraulic valve is connected by valve block, and the plate valve and cartridge valve are used to reduce the pipeline connection. The hydraulic system is more compact, the pipeline loss is reduced to the minimum, and the system efficiency is improved.
