Introduce CNC Angle Line

The CNC angle steel punching, shearing, and marking production line is an advanced automated system designed for processing angle steel (L-shaped structural steel) used in construction, power transmission towers, telecommunications towers, and various steel structures.

It has three punching stations on each side , can punch 6 holes at same time, holes punched at any position . 

Nowadays, the users prefer single blade shearing to avoid any material wastage during cutting .

The marking station have 4 cassetes , can typing 12 letters in one line as standard .

1. The cnc angle line adopts our ownself-developed Taurus software can be used when the device is turned on, and stopped when it is turned off, and it does not need to return to the original point when it is restarted. It can achieve continuous work ,greatly improve the working efficiency.

2. On the basis of supporting dxf, the machine supports TEKKELA NCformatto meet the various production needs of customers

3. The probe sensor of the entire production line is reduced by 1 time, which reduces the failure rate of the whole machine by 1 time, which greatly decreases the maintenance and use costs.

Control Panel

It is the human-machine interaction and system control center of the angle steel line, integrating touch screens, PLC controllers, buttons, indicator lights and other components. Operators can complete three major operations through the panel: first, parameter setting, inputting machining parameters such as angle steel specifications, feeding length, hole position coordinates and shearing length; second, status monitoring, real-time viewing of equipment operation data such as running speed, process progress, motor current and hydraulic pressure; third, fault handling, the panel will display fault codes (e.g., feeding positioning deviation, insufficient hydraulic pressure) to assist in rapid troubleshooting. It also supports manual/automatic mode switching to meet the needs of commissioning and mass production.

Punching

As one of the core machining processes of the angle steel line, it is used to machine standard through holes, slotted holes or special-shaped holes at designated positions of angle steel for bolt connection and assembly of steel structures such as transmission towers and steel frames. Driven by hydraulic station power, the servo motor precisely positions the hole locations via the feeding mechanism.

Servo Motor

It serves as the core power execution and precision control component of the angle steel line and a key part of the closed-loop control system. Through linkage with drivers, encoders and PLC, it achieves three core functions: first, controlling the feeding length and speed of the feeding mechanism to ensure feeding precision; second, driving the actuators of the punching and shearing units to accurately control stroke and action sequence; third, adjusting torque in real time according to load changes to avoid machining deviations. Its characteristics of high response speed and high positioning precision lay the foundation for the automated and high-precision machining of the angle steel line.

Marking Unit

It is an identification and traceability process of angle steel, different from daily text input. Industrial marking is to engrave traceable key information on the surface of angle steel. The marked content usually includes angle steel specifications (e.g., ∠75×8), production batch numbers, material grades and production dates, facilitating subsequent warehousing management, project acceptance and quality traceability. Common marking methods include pneumatic marking, laser marking and disc marking.

Oil Cooler

It is the temperature control and heat dissipation equipment of the angle steel line, whose core function is to maintain the stable temperature of hydraulic oil and servo motor lubricating oil. During long-term continuous operation of the angle steel line, the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic station will heat up due to the work of the hydraulic pump, and the servo motor will also generate heat due to high-speed operation. Excessively high oil temperature will lead to decreased hydraulic oil viscosity, aging of seals, and possible demagnetization and reduced efficiency of the motor. The oil cooler controls the oil temperature within the optimal operating range of 40~50℃ through forced circulation cooling, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment and extending the service life of hydraulic components and motors.

Cutting Unit

Single blade cutting, have double cutting force , assure the cutting surface is smooth and high precision, the single blade cutting dont have any scraps during cutting, save a lot cost for user on waste material ,the gap can be adjusted according to the thickness of theangle steel to ensure the cutting quality.According to the instructions of the computer,the angle of different specifications can be cut.
