Features

Water-cooled welding gun

The welding gun adopts the TEMA robot water-cooled welding gun. It mainly consists of a water-cooled gun neck and a cable. The welding gun innovatively adopts a two-channel protective gas design, which results in excellent gas protection effect during welding, significantly reduces the amount of protective gas used, enhances the cooling effect of the welding gun, and prolongs the lifespan of the electrode tip.

Standard double 8 axis gantry intelligent workstation includes: 2 sets of 8-axis gantry,4 sets of robots, 4 sets of welding machines,4 sets of welding gun vision, and 2 sets ofoperating systems (including computers).

Excellent cleaning effect, compared with the traditional reamer cleaner,the jet cleaner can clean the inner wall of the nozzle, the conductive nozzleseat and the external surface of the diverter, forming the same quality protec-tive air hood as the new nozzle, to ensure high-quality welding effect.
