Production process flow
Uncoiling (including automatic feeding trolley) → leveling and guiding → quick-change roll forming (including straightening) → cutting.




1. Uncoiling:
The machine is in single-head mode, single support and manual tightening.
2. Servo Leveling Feeder:
The machine adopts 5 rollers for leveling and feeding (2 rollers on the upper layer, 3 rollers on the lower layer, screw adjustment), 1 pair of guide rollers, the feeding rollers are pneumatically clamped, and the servo motor provides power for it.
3. Roll Forming Machine
Used to achieve the final required shape through the roll forming process of the required finished plate. The material is made of high-quality mold steel Cr12, and the hardness after quenching reaches HRC58~62 (physical characteristics are equivalent to American material D2), which improves mechanical performance and life. The surface of the roller is polished after finishing. The roller has high precision and long life.

Quick-change roller bending forming machine

The forming unit adopts a quick-change structure. Three sets of quick-change units and rolls are configured for three types of products. When changing products, only the quick-change tooling needs to be quickly replaced, which is convenient and fast. The replacement time is approximately 30 minutes. Forming unit adopts independent frame (memorial arch type mode). Motor and reducer drive, and transmission is divided into reducer box and coupling. The forming roller is designed through professional software. The material is high-quality die steel Cr12, and the hardness after quenching is HRC58~62. After the surface of the roller is precisely processed, it undergoes polishing treatment. The roller has high precision and a long service life.

Electrical control unit

The entire line adopts a human-machine control mode combining PLC and touch screen. The specification parameters, quantity and unified parameters of the fabricated parts can be set through the touch screen. Multiple sets of operation instructions can be stored at one time. It has a high degree of automation and an alarm function in case of abnormality on the production line. The operation of the entire production line can be monitored through the control system. After power failure or abnormal shutdown, it can continue processing according to the previously set working parameters.

There are a total of three hydraulic systems. One set provides power support for the uncoiler, another set provides action support for punching, and the third set provides power support for cutting.By adopting a combined structure of pumps and accumulators, the blanking and shearing actions are fast, which increases the production line speed. The air-cooled cooler is adopted for heat dissipation, meeting the production requirements under high load and relatively high temperature conditions. This hydraulic system is a rapid hydraulic system, suitable for high-speed punching, hole roller and shearing cold bending production lines. The main hydraulic components adopt products from Beijing Huade.
