The Tower Foot Welding Robot is an automated solution specifically designed to address the most cumbersome, critical and time-consuming welding process in the manufacturing of power towers. Its core product is targeted at various voltage-level transmission line tower foot components, pipe-board connection nodes of steel tube towers (transmission lines), some base components of communication towers and wind turbine towers, as well as box-type and cross-type joints in other heavy steel structures that require a large amount of deposited metal.

The repositioning robot is mainly used for metal welding of small workpieces. It has only one three-in-one camera that can rotate. Each surface only needs to be scanned once. After the tower base welding is flipped over, no additional scanning is required.
The toe welding is completed in one go, without the need for subsequent manual re-welding. This significantly improves work efficiency. This technology is currently the first of its kind in China.
