Machine Tool Characteristics:

1. The bed and worktable of this machine tool are made of welded steel plates, and have been tempered and heat treated twice to remove stress. In order to eliminate the resonance generated during drilling and extend the service life of the alloy drill bit, an integrated structure of the bed and workbench is adopted.

2. The left and right lathes are placed longitudinally, the anchor bolts are solidified through concrete, and the anchor screws are leveled and fixed on the equipment foundation.

3. Two precision guide rail pairs are installed on each of the two lathes. A set of precision ball screw pairs is installed in the middle of the two guide rail pairs. A set of high-quality CNC slide tables are installed on each of the guide rail pairs. A set of large CNC slides is installed on one end of the lathe. Inertia AC servo motor.

4. The mobile gantry is welded with high-quality steel plates and has a square box structure. It has been tempered and heat treated twice to remove stress. The two left and right legs of the gantry are installed on the CNC sliding tables of the two lathes. The large-inertia AC servo motors on the left and right lathes drive precision ball screw pairs to drive the CNC slide table and gantry to move longitudinally (X-axis). Two sets of linear guide guides on the left and right sides of the bed ensure high positioning accuracy and repeatable positioning accuracy.
