Production process:
The production line is carried out according to the following technological process:
Uncoiler → leveler → looper (material storage)→ servo feeding → multi-station punching machine (cut off)→ molding main machine → finished product discharge
1.Uncoiling:
The machine is in single-head mode, single support and manual tightening.
2. Servo Leveling Feeder:
The machine adopts 5 rollers for leveling and feeding (2 rollers on the upper layer, 3 rollers on the lower layer, screw adjustment), 1 pair of guide rollers, the feeding rollers are pneumatically clamped, and the servo motor provides power for it.
3. Roll Forming Machine
Used to achieve the final required shape through the roll forming process of the required finished plate. The material is made of high-quality mold steel Cr12, and the hardness after quenching reaches HRC58~62 (physical characteristics are equivalent to American material D2), which improves mechanical performance and life. The surface of the roller is polished after finishing. The roller has high precision and long life.

CZU fast change roll forming machine have the feathures of can exchange the C and Z profile without changing the rollers.
This machine can do three products , instead of three separated machines . Its the most economic and reasonable design which is used widely in construction purlin, C post and other application in construction work. The width is adjustable design on our machine.
Uncoiler: This machine is single head mode (single support, four-bar tensioning structure, tensioning force comes from hydraulic cylinder, fast and reliable adjustment. The uncoiler is an automatic uncoiler with pneumatic pressing device. When the material coil is installed on the material shaft of the uncoiler, the material shaft of the uncoiler rotates automatically during the actual operation of the whole line, and the working speed of the uncoiler can be adjusted according to the operation of the whole line. In order to ensure the actual safety of the uncoiler, the uncoiler is equipped with pneumatic brake device.
