The ground-rail type single-unit intelligent welding workstation is primarily used for the robotic automated welding of various steel structural fillet welds. This workstation is capable of meeting the welding requirements for fillet welds in components such as H-shaped steel structures and diaphragms.
Each ground-rail welding workstation is equipped with a control system, a ground-rail traveling mechanism, an arc welding robot, a welding power supply and cooling water tank, an intelligent welding vision system, a water-cooled welding gun, and a gun cleaning station.

Our welding robots are primarily used for relatively open steel structure products such as H-shaped steel columns, roof beams, crane beams (runway beams), brackets, and purlins.
Weld types include: straight flat fillet weld, flat folding fillet Weld, fillet weld in the vertical position, corner wrapping welding(excluding multi-layer and multi-pass).
