The angle steel composite machining line is a high-end angle steel processing equipment characterized by multi-process integration, high precision and intelligence. Different from the conventional angle steel line with a single punching and shearing function, it breaks through the limitations of scattered processes and integrates core processes including feeding, straightening, marking, punching, shearing, bending and automatic sorting into one system. It realizes the full-process automated machining of angle steel from raw materials to finished components, and is specially designed for the batch production of complex angle steel components in fields such as power transmission towers, high-speed railway bridges and heavy construction machinery.

Intelligent Feeding and Straightening Module
Equipped with a servo-driven feeding system and a multi-roll straightening mechanism, it can automatically adapt to angle steel of multiple specifications ranging from ∠40×40×3mm to ∠160×160×10mm. Meanwhile, it corrects the bending and twisting deformations of raw materials, ensures a unified benchmark for subsequent machining, and avoids machining errors caused by material deformation.
Integrated Marking and Punching Module
It integrates a disc marking or laser marking unit to engrave traceability information such as specifications, batch numbers and material grades on the surface of angle steel. Equipped with multi-station punching dies, it can complete continuous machining of through holes, slotted holes and special-shaped holes in one operation, with the hole position tolerance ≤±0.1mm, meeting the assembly precision requirements of complex steel structures.
Precision Shearing and Bending Module
Adopting a hydraulically driven double-blade shearing structure, it has a shearing force of up to 5000KN, which can cut thick-walled high-strength angle steel with flat and burr-free shearing surfaces and a length tolerance ≤±0.5mm. The newly added CNC bending module supports 90° right-angle bending and multi-angle special-shaped bending of angle steel, eliminating the need for secondary processing with additional bending equipment.
Automatic Sorting and Palletizing Module
After machining, it realizes automatic sorting and palletizing of components according to their specifications and models through visual recognition and mechanical grippers, which greatly reduces the cost of manual sorting and improves the efficiency of warehousing turnover.

As the "core control unit" of the angle steel composite line, electronic components form the basis of the equipment’s intelligent and automated operation. The key components include PLC controllers, servo drives, sensors (positioning, temperature, pressure sensors), touch screen displays, frequency converters and circuit protection devices.
The shearing process is a critical "fixed-length forming link" in the angle steel composite line, responsible for cutting processed angle steel (after punching, marking) into finished components according to preset dimensions. The composite line adopts a hydraulically driven double-blade shearing structure, with a maximum shearing force of up to 5000KN, which can easily cut thick-walled high-strength angle steel.
The infeeding channel is a "specialized guiding and conveying component" that connects the feeding module and the main processing unit (straightening, punching, etc.). It is mainly composed of adjustable guide rollers, side positioning baffles, wear-resistant lining plates and drive rollers.
