The JGX0808 Single-Blade Shearing Angle Steel Line is a compact, entry-level automated machining device specially designed for small-specification angle steel processing. It integrates four core procedures: feeding, marking, punching and single-blade shearing, perfectly catering to the production needs of small workshops, hardware factories and start-up processing enterprises.
This equipment is compatible with angle steel ranging from 40×40×3mm to 80×80×8mm, covering the most commonly used small and medium-sized angle steel models in the market. Equipped with a cost-effective servo drive system and PLC control unit, it ensures reliable machining accuracy with a hole position tolerance of ≤±0.1mm and a shearing length tolerance of ≤±0.5mm. With a shearing force of 1800KN, it can efficiently cut medium-thickness angle steel materials without burrs or deformation.

As a core machining procedure of the angle steel line, punching is engineered to create through holes, slotted holes or special-shaped holes at preset positions on angle steel, which is essential for subsequent bolt assembly of steel structures.
Marking is a critical quality traceability procedure for angle steel processing, distinct from daily text input. Common implementation methods include disc marking, pneumatic marking and laser marking. During operation, the marking unit engraves key information—such as angle steel specifications, material grades, production batch numbers and manufacturer logos—onto the angle steel surface via mechanical rolling or non-contact laser etching.
Shearing serves as the fixed-length cutting procedure of the angle steel line, which cuts the angle steel that has undergone punching and marking into finished workpieces according to preset dimensions. Adopting a single-blade shearing structure, the unit is powered by the hydraulic station to deliver stable shearing force, capable of cutting angle steel with thickness up to 8mm for the JGX0808 model.
The infeeding channel is a specialized guiding and conveying component that connects the infeeding carriage and the main processing unit. It is mainly composed of adjustable guide rollers, positioning baffles and wear-resistant lining plates. During operation, it guides the raw angle steel transported by the infeeding carriage to the processing station stably, and the guide rollers and baffles can be flexibly adjusted according to the width of the angle steel to prevent deviation or deformation during conveying.
The infeeding carriage is the core raw material conveying component of the angle steel line, responsible for transporting the raw angle steel from the material rack to the infeeding channel. Driven by a precision servo motor, it achieves accurate positioning and stable feeding of the angle steel, with the feeding speed matching the rhythm of subsequent marking, punching and shearing procedures. It supports automatic adjustment for angle steel specifications ranging from 40×40×3mm to 80×80×8mm, realizing seamless linkage of the entire processing flow and greatly reducing manual intervention.
