1. Precision Punching System

 Equipped with a high-performance servo-driven punching unit and high-hardness punch dies, the production line supports punching operations on channel steel of various specifications. It features a wide range of adaptable hole diameters (from 5mm to 50mm, customizable according to requirements) and can process multiple hole positions in one cycle with precise positioning. The advanced CNC positioning system ensures a punching accuracy of ±0.1mm, effectively meeting the strict hole position requirements of high-precision projects such as telecom towers and power brackets. The punching process adopts a hydraulic or mechanical drive mode, with strong punching force to handle channel steel with a thickness of 3mm to 20mm.

 2. High-Clearity Marking Function

 The integrated marking module supports multiple marking methods such as laser marking and dot peen marking (optional according to user needs). It can print permanent marks including QR codes, barcodes, serial numbers, production dates, and logos on the surface of channel steel. The laser marking mode offers high resolution (up to 1200dpi) and fast marking speed, ensuring clear, wear-resistant marks even in harsh industrial environments. The dot peen marking mode is suitable for rough surface workpieces and can maintain good readability in outdoor or corrosive environments. The marking position is adjustable, adapting to different channel steel models and processing requirements.

Shearing Unit

The shearing unit is the terminal machining module responsible for cutting channel steel into fixed lengths according to production requirements, ensuring precise dimensions of finished workpieces. Constructed with a precision hydraulic shearing structure and imported high-speed steel blades, it delivers burr-free, flat shearing surfaces with a cutting tolerance of ±0.2mm. The CNC system automatically calculates the shearing length based on pre-set parameters, supporting continuous cutting of channel steel with a maximum raw material length of 12m.

Feeding Channel

The feeding channel acts as the material conveying and positioning start point of the production line, connecting raw material storage to the subsequent punching, marking, and shearing units. Built with a heavy-duty roller conveyor and servo-driven positioning baffle, it enables automatic, stable feeding of channel steel raw materials. The channel is compatible with various channel steel specifications (width 50mm–400mm) and can be adjusted via a manual or electric width-regulating mechanism.
