If there are reserved holes on the part, it should be noted that the hole diameter processed by the CNC planar drilling machine must not exceed 14mm of the finished product size, otherwise the drill bit will be deflected. When drilling parts with intersecting holes or multiple layers stacked together, the feed rate must be reduced to about 1/3 of the recommended value. During the machining process, try to use a blade with a tip arc radius greater than 0.4mm for the drilling effect to increase the service life of the tool.

3. When the CNC planar drilling machine is in operation, the operator must check the spindle load status at any time and avoid the spindle load value exceeding 100%: the wear status of the blade must also be confirmed in time, and the switch and color of the slice as well as the spindle load can be excluded value to confirm the blade wear condition.
