CNC device, input and output device and servo drive are the three basic components of CNC system. The movement of each axis of the machine tool is controlled by the CNC system, so the CNC system is the core component of CNC machining equipment. The CNC device is composed of input and output data lines, arithmetic units, memory and connecting lines of various parts; the input and output devices are composed of keyboards, monitors, manual control boxes, various indicator lights and detection switches. The servo system is composed of servo motors, drivers and feedback devices.

The main function of the input and output device is to input the special CNC machining program for the machined parts, and to display the status of the machine tool when machining parts on the panel or indicator light.
The CNC system mainly controls the running speed, running position and angle of the moving parts of the machine tool through data calculation control or sequential logic control, and monitors the temperature, flow and pressure of the relevant systems when the machine tool is running in real time to ensure the operation of the machine tool. The CNC system controls the movement of the machine tool by controlling the servo system.

The control process is as follows:
① The command signal issued by the CNC system;
② The signal is transformed and amplified by the CNC module;
③ The servo drive device receives the command to control the servo motor to execute the command;
④ The servo motor operates to move the CNC machine tool worktable and other components;
⑤ Through the preset detection element, the position, speed, angle and other information of the moving parts are sent back to the CNC system. The system compares the received information with the issued command and corrects the deviation to ensure the accuracy of the equipment.
