Quick Change Cassete Type Roll Forming technology is part of the SRM Group's strength.

It was designed and developed by our engineers over several years.

The production line is operated according to the following process flow:

Uncoiling → Leveling → (Storage) → Servo feeding & punching → (Storage) → ROLL FORMING→ Tracking cutting → Discharging.

Advantages:

1. Save space. The quick-change equipment adopts a shared modular design concept. The frame, transmission part, and electronic control share a set. 2. Save costs. Compared with single-belt equipment, quick-change equipment saves more than 30% of costs. The more quick-change components, the more cost savings.
