Raintech SANS PXD1616 units have been installed in Malaysia

Two PXD1616 CNC Gantry Moveable Drilling Machines for Flange, belonging to our client, have been successfully installed and put into use in Malaysia.

Raintech SANS PXD series is gantry mobile CNC high-speed drilling and milling machine. It is mainly used for drilling and milling of flanges, heat exchangers, tube sheets, slewing supports and other workpieces. 

It can not only use carbide drill bits for high-speed drilling with internal cooling, but also High-speed steel twist drill bits can be used to drill holes with external cooling. The processing process is numerically controlled, the operation is very convenient, and it can realize automated, high-precision, and multi-variety mass production.
