PMD Multi Spindle Series High Speed CNC Gantry Drilling Milling Tapping Machine Product Features:


1. The servo slide drilling power head has the functions of drilling, reaming, chamfering and slot milling.

2. The machine tool is mainly composed of a bed and a longitudinal slide, a gantry and a transverse slide, a vertical ram drilling power box, a workbench, a chip conveyor, a hydraulic system, a cooling system, a centralized lubrication system, an electrical system, a pneumatic system and other parts.

3. The bed is equipped with a high-precision linear guide pair for flexible movement. The drive adopts an AC servo motor to drive the synchronous belt and the precision pitch ball screw pair for double-sided synchronous drive.

4. A moving slide is installed on the gantry beam. The slide is guided by a high-precision linear guide pair installed in front of the gantry beam. The drive adopts an AC servo motor to drive the synchronous belt and the precision ball screw pair to ensure high precision of the work.

Application

Heavy Duty Gantry type PMD Series High Speed Drilling Milling Machine is mainly used for drilling holes in tube sheets, baffles and flanges in industries such as petrochemical, boilers, refrigeration and wind power flanges. It can also be used for drilling holes in connecting plates in steel structures such as buildings, bridges and towers.

Features

Drilling head BT50-190

The main spindle of the power head adopts a precision spindle (high-speed internal cooling), the spindle taper hole is BT50-190, and has a butterfly spring automatic broaching mechanism. The air-hydraulic pressure cylinder loosens the knife, making it very convenient to replace the tool. It can be equipped with carbide internal coolant drill bits and high-speed steel twist drill bits, and has a spindle taper hole purging and cleaning function.

Auto lubrication system

Equips with auto lubrication system, regularly pumps the lubricating oil into each and every parts including blocks, ball screws and bearings, avoid manual tedious lubrication work, prolong the usage life of parts.
