PMD Series CNC Ganntry Drilling Machine Feature:

The machine is mainly composed of main bed, worktable, moveable gantry head, vertical sliding pillow power spindle head, counterweight system, pneumatic system, cooling system, tooling ATC, centralized lubrication system, electrical control system and automatic chip removal system.

Machine bed :

The machine bed and worktable are made of high quality gray iron (HT300) casting, after twice tempering and heat treatment to remove stress.

Gantry:

Gantry adopts high quality steel plate welding, honeycomb structure, vibration and tempering heat treatment to remove stress.

The beam of the moving gantry is equipped with two precision roller guide rail pair, two guide rail pair different surface installation force is more stable, the gantry is installed with a screw pair, in the guide rail pair is equipped with a transverse moving NUMERICAL control slide plate. The large inertia AC servo motor on the upper end of the sliding plate drives the screw pair to drive the NC sliding plate to move horizontally (Y-axis)
