PMD Series CNC Gantry Drilling Milling Tapping Machine Product Features:


1. The servo slide drilling power head has the functions of drilling, reaming, chamfering and slot milling.

2. The machine tool is mainly composed of a bed and a longitudinal slide, a gantry and a transverse slide, a vertical ram drilling power box, a workbench, a chip conveyor, a hydraulic system, a cooling system, a centralized lubrication system, an electrical system, a pneumatic system and other parts.

3. The bed is equipped with a high-precision linear guide pair for flexible movement. The drive adopts an AC servo motor to drive the synchronous belt and the precision pitch ball screw pair for double-sided synchronous drive.

4. A moving slide is installed on the gantry beam. The slide is guided by a high-precision linear guide pair installed in front of the gantry beam. The drive adopts an AC servo motor to drive the synchronous belt and the precision ball screw pair to ensure high precision of the work.
