The PM3022 series of high-speed CNC fixed beam drilling and milling machines inherits the advantages of traditional gantry machine tools, such as strong rigidity of the basic frame, symmetrical structure, and strong stability. By optimizing the reinforcement structure and reasonably distributing the mass, the machine has strong rigidity. It has multiple processing functions such as milling, boring, drilling (drilling, expanding, reaming), tapping, countersinking, etc., and is suitable for various mechanical processing fields such as automobiles, molds, aerospace, packaging, hardware, etc.
1. The machine tool has a gantry frame fixed and a movable worktable structure, which is mainly composed of worktable, bed, column, beam, ram, counterweight system, lubrication system, cooling and filtering system, chip removal device, rotary operation panel and electronic control system.
2. Definition of each coordinate axis:
X axis: the worktable moves forward and backward longitudinally on the bed;
Y axis: the ram and saddle parts move left and right along the guide rail on the crossbeam;
Z axis: the ram moves up and down vertically on the saddle along the guide rail;
3. Bed machine (X-axis)
The bed and worktable are made of high-strength high-quality cast iron and resin sand molding. The X-axis guide adopts a heavy-duty guide support structure. The position and number of high-load-bearing slide blocks on each roller linear guide are reasonably arranged according to the mechanical principle, so that the machine tool can obtain high rigidity and long-term stable accuracy.

Ⅱ. Main structure

This machine is a fixed beam CNC high-speed drilling and milling machine, mainly used for drilling, boring, countersinking, chamfering, grooving and milling operations of workpieces such as molds, flanges, heat exchangers, tube sheets, and slewing supports. It can use carbide drills for internal high-speed drilling with cooling, or high-speed steel twist drills for external drilling with cooling. The drilling depth can reach 10D (10 times the diameter) using a special crown drill. The processing process is CNC-controlled and the operation is very convenient, which can realize automated, high-precision, and multi-variety mass production.

Equips with plate chain type chip conveyor, chip and coolant are collected into conveyor, and transport to cart, very easy to operate.
The Z-axis servo system uses an AC servo motor, which directly drives the heavy-load ball screw to rotate through a heavy-load belt, and double-cylinder hydraulic balance to achieve high-precision reciprocating motion of the Z-axis. The screw support adopts a fixed pre-stretching structure at both ends. The power head spindle uses Taiwan Kenturn precision spindle (high-speed internal cooling), the spindle taper BT50 has a butterfly spring broaching mechanism, and the gas-liquid booster cylinder loosens the tool, making it very convenient to replace the tool. It can clamp carbide internal cooling drill bits and high-speed steel twist drill bits, and has the spindle taper hole blowing and cleaning function.
The CNC system of the machine adopts a full set of Siemens 808D bus version control system, and is equipped with RS232 interface and LCD screen, drilling coordinates can realize CAD/CAM direct conversion, convenient programming, storage, display and communication, the operation interface has man-machine dialogue, error compensation, automatic alarm and other functions. The CNC operating system is installed on the right side of the gantry, which can be moved longitudinally with the gantry for easy operation. This machine is equipped with CAD drawing conversion software independently developed by our company, and manual programming is not required for drilling. The workpiece hole position can be input using the keyboard or CAD floppy disk and the processing program can be automatically generated. It has the function of previewing and rechecking the hole position before drilling, and is easy to operate.
