This machine is gantry mobile CNC high-speed drilling and milling machine. It is mainly used for drilling and milling of flanges, heat exchangers, tube sheets, slewing supports and other workpieces. It can not only use carbide drill bits for high-speed drilling with internal cooling, but also High-speed steel twist drill bits can be used to drill holes with external cooling. The processing process is numerically controlled, the operation is very convenient, and it can realize automated, high-precision, and multi-variety mass production.

The CNC system of the machine adopts a full set of Siemens 808D bus version control system, and is equipped with RS232 interface and LCD screen, drilling coordinates can realize CAD/CAM direct conversion, convenient programming, storage, display and communication, the operation interface has man-machine dialogue, error compensation, automatic alarm and other functions. The CNC operating system is installed on the right side of the gantry, which can be moved longitudinally with the gantry for easy operation. This machine is equipped with CAD drawing conversion software independently developed by our company, and manual programming is not required for drilling. The workpiece hole position can be input using the keyboard or CAD floppy disk and the processing program can be automatically generated. It has the function of previewing and rechecking the hole position before drilling, and is easy to operate.
The main spindle of the power head adopts a precision spindle (high-speed internal cooling), the spindle taper hole is BT50, and has a butterfly spring automatic broaching mechanism. The air-hydraulic pressure cylinder loosens the knife, making it very convenient to replace the tool. It can be equipped with carbide internal coolant drill bits and high-speed steel twist drill bits, and has a spindle taper hole purging and cleaning function.
