Korean Customer Representatives Visited The Raintech SANS Factory To Discuss Welding Robot Technology

Recently, a 3-member delegation from a leading South Korean steel structure manufacturer visited Shandong Raintech Sans Technology's factory to inspect the Welding Robot Workstation.

The delegation first observed the on-site operation of Raintech's flagship 6-axis vertical articulated welding robot. With ±0.08mm repeat positioning accuracy, the robot flawlessly demonstrated automated fillet welding of H-beams, crane beams, and other components. Equipped with a laser vision sensing system for real-time welding path correction, coupled with anti-collision sensors and automatic gun cleaning/wire cutting devices, it achieved an "unmanned, high-precision, high-efficiency" welding process.

Korean customers expressed particular interest in usability. On-site engineers demonstrated parametric modeling and automatic welding process library calls, along with a Korean-language interface, fully aligning with Korean production habits. A customer representative commented: "The intelligence level of Raintech's welding robots exceeds expectations, especially the vision compensation technology, which effectively solves the error problems of manual welding and significantly improves product consistency."
