The original programming-free software can automatically plan the tower angle welding path regardless of the size of the tower angle by simply importing the 3D model (the software comes with a welding program package), or it can be based on the company's welding standards.
1) You can manually adjust the welding parameters in the upper computer system of the random computer, or you can directly program the parameters.
2) You can convert the program of the next workpiece while welding the workpiece, realizing the simultaneous welding and program conversion, and improving the work efficiency of the workstation.

Tower foot welding robots are primarily employed in the manufacturing of power transmission line towers, specifically for automating the welding of tower base sections (or "legs"). These robots are designed to handle the critical, heavy-duty welding tasks involved in producing the load-bearing connection points between the tower superstructure and its foundation.
This technology is also adaptable for welding similar heavy-section structural nodes in communication towers, wind turbine towers, and other lattice steel structures requiring high-quality, high-volume welds.
